\nI got home and was in bed by 1.30am. Then Sofia woke up at about 6.30am. Mike grabbed her. Unfortunately before I could fall back asleep in had to cough. Sofia heard me so they came into the bedroom and I had lots of nice cuddles before I explained to her that mummy needed just a little more sleep. She looked at me to say ‘why’ but then left with daddy. He then decides to come back in with her and put in Peppa pig in bed. I said; ‘are you serious right now?’. He took her back out and they ended up going for a walk. I was very awake by then, but got a little bit more at least. When they got back it was about 8am and I was showered and ready to go.
\nWe had brekky\/a snack before going to look at the boats. She was running around a walking a bit before she started getting tired and it was time to turn around. At home I put her to bed. Just as I had 3 more pages left of the book she looks and me very intently and makes a little grunt. Then she said; poo… Big milestone! I praised her and changed her nappy before we continued the story and said sweet dreams.
\nWhen Sofia was in bed I headed off to meet up with Dara for lunch. We had a nice chat and a nice lunch. So great to see her again. She’s such a great girl and I have missed her lots. Afterwards she went home and I met up with Mike and Sofia.
\nWe ended up going for a quick shop for a jacket for Mike and then we went to underwater world. It had lots of long walkways and Sofia loved that almost more than the fishes I think. She started running and just didn’t want to stop he he. Then afterwards we bought ‘Nemo’ or ‘Nemi’ as Sofia says. Most of the way home afterwards she was yelling Nemi Nemi Nemi he he.
\nThen we sat down for dinner. It was very nice and Sofia seemed to enjoy her smoked salmon.
\nOn the way home we met a guy that was selling light sabres. She of course had to have one ha ha. She was running around with it…
\nAt home Sofia had a snack and a cuddle before bath time and then it was bedtime. There was no protest. We told her we’ll be flying home tomorrow…
