\nSofia ended up waking up crying 4-5 times last night. Every time I gave her a nice long cuddle and even though she wanted me to stay she didn’t cry when I left.
\nMike left early again. Sofia got up just before 7am. We had brekky and then she played whilst I got us ready for swimming. She had a lot of fun at swimming today. She gripped on to me properly when she needed to and when I sent her towards the edge I could let go straight away! She gripped on to the edge and got up herself! I was so impressed!
\nWhen we got back we had an early lunch and a little play before her nap. Sofia only slept for about an hour. Once again she was unable to fall asleep again even though I could tell she was tired still.
\nWe ended up going for a walk with Pablo. It wasn’t the longest unfortunately because Sofia filled her nappy and I hadn’t brought any… At home I made dinner. After we had eaten it was time for Sofia’s bath. Mike got home and we put her to bed together. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
