I woke up a couple of times by Mike’s phone going off twice (it was on my side). I managed to stop it before waking Sofia. I went out in the lounge to sit for a few minutes before Sofia woke up just before 7am. Then I made brekky. Mike got the camera (old) set back up in Sofia’s room as the new one wasn’t very good. Then he was off to work and Sofia, Pablo and I watched a movie. I was feeling really ill today. Aching everywhere, runny nose, nauseous and a blinding headache every time I got up. After the movie we had a snack and a play before her nap.
\nSofia only slept an hour. I went in and try to get her back to sleep, however she didn’t want to close her eyes and she got more and more awake so I left the room. Sofia was crying and it took her awhile to even try to sleep again. When she finally did she couldn’t fall asleep so I got her back up.
\nIt was still early so Sofia played for a bit before it was time for a snack at about 2pm. Then we watched something again. Afterwards Sofia played until Mike got home. Mike then took Pablo for a walk and Sofia played for a bit. When they got back it didn’t take long before the Indian food we had ordered showed up – so we ate.
\nAfterwards Sofia had a bath and then bed time. This time I made the goodbye shorter. Sofia was crying when I left and it made me feel really bad, but it didn’t last long and it didn’t take long before she was asleep.<\/p>\n
Sofia woke up crying at about 2am and I went in. I decided to stay until she was asleep as she seemed scared I’d leave, however she had other ideas. She kept looking at me and siting up – touching my arm, my face etc. I finally had to leave as she was getting more awake and I was struggling to breath and my nose was runny. Even with good warning, hugs and kisses Sofia was crying. I was waiting and hoping she’d go back to sleep. She did after awhile, but then she woke up crying again at 5am so I brought her back into our bed…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
