Sofia woke me up at about 2.30am by whinging in her sleep. When I checked the monitor she was laying in a very awkward position; her face up agains the rails and her neck in a very worrying angle. I went in and slid her out of it. She turned and kept sleeping… Then a couple of hours later she whinged a few times again and I went in again to remove a blanket that was lodged underneath her. It seemed to do the trick.
\nSofia woke up next time at 6am so I went and got her up. She went crazy when I changed her nappy – she kept rolling etc and it took my forever… I really hope this phase ends soon. We played and read books until brekky at 7am. Mike got up and we all watched Frozen. Sofia had a snack and we played a bit more before an early lunch at 10am. Afterwards it was time for Sofia’s nap.
\nUnfortunately Sofia only slept for about 1.5 hours. I got her back up and Mike went out for a few errands. Sofia and I had a snack, played for a bit but then watched something until Mike was back again. Sofia is still not feeling well poor girl. She’s got a bit more energy thank goodness, but a very snotty nose and a bad cough.
\nNani Claire came over at about 3pm. We all went for a long walk. Pablo was so happy! Sofia walked all the way to the park. We stopped so she could have a go at the swing. Then we kept walking till Moffat Beach and back. It was a long walk, and Sofia got tired and cranky. She was on my back in a carrier on the way back.
\nWhen we got back Sofia watched Frozen with daddy and Nani Claire whilst I made dinner. Sofia had a lot to eat, which was nice to see. Afterwards Nani Claire made banana splits. Sofia was absolutely loving it! Thank you Nani :). I really hope she doesn’t have nightmares from eating too much he he.
\nThen it was time for bath and Nani went home. Afterwards Sofia went to bed without any issues.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
