Sofia woke me up right after 5am, but it was way too early and she didn’t cry she just fell back asleep thankfully. Mike got up at 5.30am and left for work. I woke up at around 6.30 and Sofia woke up about 4minutes after. I got her and made brekky. During brekky and afterwards I told Sofia we had to take Pablo for a walk, and would she prefer the stroller or the carrier (so she’d be on my back). I wasn’t really expecting a reply but she went straight for the carrier! So I put her in there and we took Pablo for a long walk. We ended up walking in our old neighbourhood and I showed Sofia where she used to live. When we got home Sofia had a snack and a very quick play before we took off again – leaving Pablo outside.<\/span>
\nFirst we handed back the keys for our old house (after cleaning and mowing yesterday). Then we went to Stockland and bought presents for Mike :). As we’re walking passed the discount store I see I a step and a double step! I couldn’t believe it – I’ve been wanting to get that for Sofia but they said they’ve stopped producing and selling those… This was a cheap plastic one, but still… I got one of each.
\nWhen we got home the neighbour had a big gathering on the lawn and a big car with a caravan parked right in front of our drive way… They got it moved thankfully when I indicated I needed to get in there. Then I had to really move quick to whip up something for Sofia to eat, whilst she was doing everything she could to move around and play. I finally got her down to eat and she had quite a bit before she started playing with her food. I had to say she was done and get her to bed. She was over tired again and it was my fault. Sofia was in bed asleep by 11.45am.
\nSofia slept for almost 3 hours! She had a snack but was taking her time goofing around. I had told her we were going to meet up with Andrew and Kaylene, but she was being strange. I don’t think she understood? Then when we were finally about to leave she filled her nappy. Once we got there it was good. They didn’t really play together but I think they both had fun. Kaylene said as soon as Andrew had woken up she’d told him where they were going and he’s bounced out of bed – keen to see baby Sofia. Sooo cute :). Sofia ran up screaming to a bunch of boys on a spinning circle. Two mums were spinning this circle. I really had to hold Sofia back and because I did she started crying… So the mums were being very nice. They stopped the circle and let her get on – said they’d go slow just for her for a moment. Sofia instantly got scared and almost cried again – she was about to when I got her back down. Later I found out she liked the pushing around of the circle that the mums did… Oh well… She got to try to push Andrew and two other girls. Ok I might have helped ;). Then it was time to go…
\nWhen we got home I made dinner and Sofia was playing by herself. As dinner was ready Mike got home! Perfect timing :). Sofia loved having daddy there for dinner. Afterwards she got to run around for a bit – and daddy even read a book or two I think. Then Sofia had a bath before she went to bed. It took her awhile to fall asleep, I hope she has a good night.
\nThen Mike really wanted something sweet – so I brought him what was intended for brekky in bed. White chocolate cupcakes with strawberries and blueberries. I stuck a ferry candle light in there and light it :). It actually tasted pretty good :).
