Sofia woke up crying a couple of times. Firstly at 11ish and then again about an hour later. We were having great cuddles the first time, so maybe that’s all she wanted the second time? Nothing seemed to be wrong so I gave her a much shorter cuddle and left. She cried when I left, but she got the message and very quickly went to sleep. Then again… she slept till 7.30! Maybe she hadn’t slept well? It’s a lot of hours to sleep!<\/span>
\nI got her and then made brekky. Mike had taken Pablo for a walk and came back when Sofia was up. Mike got ready for work and I had my brekky whilst Sofia played. Then Nani Claire took over so I could have a shower. Afterwards we left for Sofia’s music class. It’s so much fun! And today she seemed to understand a bit more. The other kids are 2.5-3 years old though so there are still some things she finds hard – like waiting for her turn… And to participate in something when she wants to do something else. I had a great workout running after her in the session today. No one else had to, which was a little bit disappointing he he. When we got back it was 11am so I gave her lunch and put her to bed 30min later. She was asleep very quickly.
\nUnfortunately Sofia only slept for 1 hour before she woke up. Thankfully she laid back down and managed to put herself back to sleep for another 15-20minutes. I got her back up at that stage. She still looked tired to me… then after 10minutes under her table she’d filled her nappy. So that might have woken her up?
\nSofia and I played for a bit and then Nani Claire came back from running an errand. Sofia and I had lunch together and then we all played for a bit. Afterwards I started getting dinner ready whilst Nani Claire played with Sofia. So great to have the chance to get a bit of stuff done in the kitchen without having a 10kg toddler on me. It does happen still, but at least a lot less :). Dinner ended up taking longer than I had intended. Sofia had dinner at 5.15pm , so bath time got a bit shorter. I still managed to get Sofia into bed by about 6pm. She didn’t protest and was asleep not long after.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
