Up at 6, stayed until 6.30am. Sofia, Claire and I had brekky. Then Mike got up and went to work. Claire, Sofia, Pablo and I went got a walk to the nearest playground. Sofia and Pablo climbed up stairs and I went down with both on my lap (not at the same time!). Whilst Sofia was climbing up the stairs to to down the slide she fell down! I reached out, but couldn’t reach her as she fell on the other side. She landet on her back and I rushed to pick her up. The ground was pretty soft and she only whinge cried – possibly because she though what the hell happened, and possibly because of my reaction. My heart just stopped and I grabbed her and held her tight. She was fine – thank goodness :). Then we headed home and had a snack before the one sleep at 10.45. She was asleep by 11am.<\/p>\n
Only slept for 1.5 hours.
\nTried to let her find her sleep again, and the poor girl tried, but didn’t succeed. When I went in it was 28.5degrees in her room! Poor girl, no wonder she couldn’t sleep. She still seemed tired but at this stage she was too awake…
\nI took her shopping. We needed to get a card and some wrapping paper for Tian’s 2 year birthday celebration on Sunday. I also got Sofia a cute dress (on sale) and sandals. It’s so hot here atm and her other sandals are too small.
\nWhen we got back Claire had made a late lunch \/ early dinner! So great! So we played for awhile and then it was dinner, bath and bedtime.
\nSofia was good until I started putting her in bed – then she cried and I just couldn’t leave her crying before I even had put her down so I stayed for a bit. Just as I had calmed her down a bit and was getting ready to go Mike popped his head in (just got back from work). He went in and I went out.
