Sofia woke up at 6am. Mike got her and handed her to me before taking Pablo for a walk. Sofia had a feed and we had a little play before I made brekky. We all had brekky together today. Then Mike left for work, and Sofia and I left for Gymbaroo. We just made a quick stop to buy a blow-up globe because we were meant to bring ‘earth’ with us today. Every week there is something – last week was astronaut and the week before rocket. Sofia did not fall asleep in the car and we arrived 20min early so I decided to let Sofia walk mid-way from the car… and it took us almost 20min to get there. A lot of fun though. Now Sofia is starting to master a little incline as well. Very cool :). It was a good session – with Sofia running around everywhere. She actually gave me a bit of exercise today. It makes me a little worried what she will be like when she actually can run… Puh… <\/p>\n
Sofia fell asleep in the car on the way home (at about 10.30am). I continued to drive for another 15-20minutes, then I drove home and decided to try and put her to bed. She woke up as I took her out of the car seat, but I rushed into the bedroom without talking, just ‘shhhh’ing. I put her into her sleeping bag, stroke her back a few times and left the room. Sofia was back asleep within 10minutes – she did very well. Sofia slept till almost 2pm!!!<\/p>\n
When Sofia woke up she was starving poor thing – she was not in a good mood. As soon as she ate and drank something she was ok again. Then we went shopping for a few things. At the end of the shopping trip she was rubbing her eyes and yawning – and we went home straight away. I might have been a bit too late however. I put her to bed straight away, but it was already 3pm… (I was thinking 3 hours from she woke up, but I should have gone by when she normally has her sleep…). She was really crying in spurts, and not managing to find her sleep. I tried helping – which was not helping. Then I tried to leave her for a little while, but that didn’t work either… so I ended up getting her back up.<\/p>\n
I cleaned up a bit whilst she had a play, and then we read a few books. Then it was for dinner. Mike and Nani Claire showed up. They had bought Nani a car after work. So Sofia had good company during dessert and bath time. Then it was time to say good night. Sofia went to sleep without any fuss. I hope she’s got a good night.<\/p>\n
Nani made us dinner after Sofia had gone to bed! Sooooo nice! Thank you sooooo much Claire! :). Nani Claire spent the night as she’s picking up her new car with Mike tomorrow.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
