I ran in before waking up properly. She felt wet with tears and she was clinging on to me. I rocked her for a few minutes and then tried to put her back down. She clung to me like glue and whinged…. I just couldn’t put her down… So I sat down with her in the chair and we just cuddled. She fell asleep, but woke up as I put her down… I stroke her hair and rubbed her belly for awhile before I left the room. That didn’t help. She cried so bad. I went back in with painkillers and a couple of books to get her bed on an angle (her nose was runny and she was struggling a bit to breath). Then we cuddled until the ‘pills’ took effect… Then I placed her into bed – so hard because once again she was clinging on and whinging. I did anyway though as I was seriously tired. I rubbed her belly for a few minutes until she was starting to drift off and then I left. When I got to bed it was 4.50am. At 6.30am she woke up… and luckily for me Mike got her.

After a feed and a snack I read a couple of book for Sofia before Mike took both Pablo and Sofia for a walk. I got to sleep for a bit more … I’ve got the best man! :). Then Mike had to leave for work and I made brekky for Sofia and I. Afterwards we had a play and then it was time for Sofia’s morning nap. She slept for about 1.5 hours.

When Sofia woke up she had a snack and then we went to baby buntings. She got a new toy, a new sleeping bag and an outfit for Xmas – soooo cute! When we got home we played and read books for awhile. Then it was time for her afternoon nap.

When Sofia woke up she had a snack before she had a few goes on the slide and then I filled up the ‘pool’. She was in there for about 40minuted! She didn’t want to get out ha ha. Pablo is right there with her. Afterwards I tried to get her to play by herself whilst I was cooking. It didn’t go that well. She was whinging for attention… I did get it done in the end, but it took a lot of effort. I had to put her in the playpen and Pablo in the kitchen with me because she keeps shoving toys in his face… so eventually he will go nuts on a toy. After dinner I put Sofia to bed. After about 30minutes she woke up crying. I went in and put her back down and rubbed her tummy for a few seconds before I left. She just went back to sleep. Afterwards Mike came home from work.

About 8pm Sofia woke up crying again and Mike went in and put her back to sleep.

After I had changed her nappy Sofia just laid there waiting for me to pick her up. When I didn’t she stretched her hands up to me and said ‘eeeeh’. When I said ‘sit up’ she pretend cried for a few seconds, but when I just laughed and asked her to stop being silly and sit up she gave me a very cheeky smile and sat up.

Sofia woke up crying at 2-2.30am – a very high pitched sore cry… :(.
