Sofia woke up at 2am. I gave her a feed and she was sleepy, but she didn’t seem to manage putting herself back to sleep. I tried right away to put her between us this time, but after a couple of hours of her just getting more and more awake I was getting desperate. Then I realised she had a soiled nappy, so we got her changed and changed the sleeping bag (she threw up milk on) and put her back to bed. I stroke her hair a few times and laid back in bed sooooo tired and before I knew it she was sleeping again.<\/p>\n
At 7am I had been awake for 2min or so and I decided to get up. Mike and Sofia was still asleep. My mum got up so we had tea and a chat. Then at 8.30am Sofia got up and I saw Mikes laptop being put away so I knew he was there and would get her. Then we all had breakfast and a play.<\/p>\n
At 10am Sofia went down for a nap and 2.5 hours later I had to wake her.<\/p>\n
We had lunch. Then we went down to the playground and played for a bit in the sandpit, on the seesaw, swings and slide. When we got back in it was time for her second nap… (2pm).<\/p>\n When she had fallen asleep Arjan was over and had asked Mike to play – so I went out and joined them. When we got back in Sofia was awake. Arjan played with her and she kept staring at him with great interest. I think he got hero status. So cute :).<\/p>\n Sofia tried frozen fruit juice (ice cream) and she really loved it. Must have been nice for the teeth\/gums.<\/p>\n After dinner and a bit of play and laughter we had to put Sofia to bed. After giving Sofia a nice cuddle Arjan went home. I took Sofia with me into the shower and then we did the bedtime routine. She was in bed by 7pm.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Sofia woke up at 2am.
