Sofia didn’t wake me up – aching boobs woke me up…. so I got up at 5.30am to express. Then whilst I was at the end of it she woke up and cried, so I had to hurry and finish up so I could get her. It was pretty much 6am by then so I said ‘good morning’. We read lots of books before I got breakfast ready… and then Mike played with Sofia whilst I had a shower and got ready. I got Sofia ready for bed and took off for my hair appointment. It feels good to have straightened up my hasty self (hair)mutilation from last week.<\/p>\n
When I got back it had been more than 2 hours and Sofia was still asleep! Mike left for work and I got to sit down and cuddle Pablo for 10 minutes before Sofia woke up again. For lunch I gave her a mix of beef, spinach and barley. She seemed to really enjoy it. We played together until nap time and she slept for another 1.5 hours.<\/p>\n
When she got up we had a nice long play together on the mat, then I had to prepare for dinner so I put the dog outside and got Sofia in the ‘walker’ in the kitchen. She even let me do some house work – yay! I gave her cubed pumpkin and mashed peas for dinner. The pumpkin made her red around the mouth… and I thought that was weird… now I think maybe it could have been the cinnamon I put on the pumpkin, but I didn’t think cinnamon would cause a reaction either… Soooo much pumpkin cubes all around her and on her legs etc.<\/p>\n
Mike texted me to say he would be home at 7pm, so I did the night time routine alone today. Sofia fell asleep pretty quickly.<\/p>\n
She has a few darker spots on her cheeks now. She’s had one for awhile now, but it seemed to get bigger and yesterday all of a sudden she got two more. I’m not quite sure what they are, but thinking they might be food related so I am cutting out yogurt for a week to see it if has any effect. Will book in a doctors appointment next week if there is no improvement.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
