Sofia woke up at 6.30 – 6.45 and I thought great time for her 9am nap. I went for a long walk\/ run with Pablo on the dog beach. He kind of just exploded into running and jumping around like a cute moron ha ha. He made lots of friends, but especially a mix between an bull arab and mastiff (such a gorgeous dog!). When I got back Sofia had only slept for 20min. We decided to put her back to sleep, but it took awhile so she was still asleep when Nani Claire came for a visit. When Sofia got up, Nani got a hold and Sofia got entertained.<\/p>\n
Claire brought fantastic ingredients and made such a beautiful and healthy salad! Just what we all needed.
\nAnd to top it all of; banana split for dessert whilst Sofia was on the Jolly Jumper.<\/p>\n
We all had a nice time. Then Claire went home and we started Sofia’s night time routine.<\/p>\n
Sofia had quite a few poo’s today. She had been passing these rounded pellets for a few days and I have been worried and giving her prunes and water. Today I made sure she had heaps of water and it seemed to loosen up… and the consistency got gradually better (hope no one is eating) ha ha.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
