Sofia woke up at 5, and then again at 7 and we got up.
I nursed her, gave her solids and we had a play before I put her down for a nap at 9am. She only slept for 45min.
Vibeke came over, and I nursed Sofia before giving her solids. We all then went for a walk. Vibeke took Pablo.
When we got back Vibeke left and I put Sofia to bed (1pm). After 30 min she woke up!!! I went in and changed her mattress and sleeping bag because her nappy had come undone on one side and she had wet herself. Then I nursed her until she was sleepy and put her back. It didn’t work though, she woke up again and refused any more sleep. So… I took her up and we played for awhile before I tried to put her down for her 3rd nap. That didn’t work either so we started the bedtime routine about 30min earlier. She konked pretty quickly.

She is like someone I knew – does not sleep much at daytime – it will be better when she is only having 1 nap 🙂
