Sofia woke woke me up several times during the night with little short cries, but then when I checked the screen she seemed to be asleep. The first time I went in and put a blanket on top of her as it had gotten colder in the room and she had fallen asleep on top of her duvet. I woke up as usual at 6am (even when I am super tired), but it was good as I had a chance to wake up slow. I had a shower and Mike had got Sofia by the time I got out. Then Mike took Pablo for a walk whilst Sofia and I had brekky.
When Mike got back at 8.30 he had to go to work straight away and Kaylene dropped Andrew off. Andrew and Sofia played mostly very well side by side. Although they had their differences (as in wanting to play with the same toys) they both were very easy to talk into doing the right thing. They had a snack together and we read some books. Sofia filled her nappy and had a tantrum because I wanted to change her. During nappy change she started wriggling around and it ended up with me putting her into the bath tub because I didn’t know where on her body it might still be. When Kaylene came to get Andrew at about 10.45am he did not want to put down one of the toys (a projector). I told him to take it home and that Sofia could get it back next week. Sofia seemed a bit relieved to have mum all to herself again and not having to share toys anymore. I was really proud of the way she shared however. Sofia had a quick snack again before bedtime.
It took a long time for her to fall asleep. Not sure she had enough exercise, but she was also over tired as she wasn’t in bed until 12. Then it took almost 1 hour before she managed to calm down enough to fall asleep. Sofia only slept for about 1.5 hours.
When Sofia woke up all she wanted was to watch something, maybe for the cuddles as well? We watched Rio. Afterwards we played and then I heated up leftovers from yesterday. At the end of dinner Sofia filled her nappy and became desperate to come down, but then I wasn’t allowed to change her (for the second time). We had almost a fight and she put her hand into it (on the changing table) before starting to wiggle around etc. Not fun even if she seems to think so.
We were playing after I tried to talk to her about the poo situation. I’m not so sure she understands any of it… Then Mike got home. We both played with Sofia for a bit and then it was bath time and bedtime.
Sofia busted out sooo many new words today, some I had no idea she even knew. I wish I had written them down. Some of them were ‘cup’, ‘kitchen’, ‘no light’.
I also purposely put down a puzzle piece in the wrong place whilst I asked if that is where it went? She looked at me like she wasn’t sure if I was serious and then shook her head whilst saying no, no, no. Soooo cute! She’s so good with the puzzle now.

Ah, Sofia does not look as if she would give you any problems in taking her nappy off, not Sofia………-:)
