I woke up at 5.30am by a cry/scream in the far. I realise that when Mike had put in the bed lights he had unplugged the monitor – so during the night that had died. I ran in and we cuddled in the chair for awhile. She felt so much cooler – like the fever had gone. She didn’t manage go back to sleep and we ended up getting up. We read books and had some awesome cuddles before she let me know she was hungry. It was close enough to 7, plus I was happy to see it. But then she only had 3/4 of a brekky bag. She refused my porridge completely. Afterwards I started unpacking a bit more, but it was difficult to do. We read some more and I tried to feed her more, but she refused again. She was so tired that I ended up putting her to bed at around 7am. Sofia slept till 9am and so did Mike (almost). I had gotten about 30min and then had a shower when I woke up – so Mike grabbed her.
Mike was busy with the pool guy for awhile and Sofia and I played for a bit. Then Nani got here :). Mike and I left to get a bit if shopping done. When we got back Nani had played with Sofia, but unfortunately Sofia had not wanted her food today. She’s gotten sooooo picky last few weeks :(. I gave her some strawberries and a bit of cheese and ready a book before putting her to bed at about 1.45pm. Whilst this was going on Mike fell asleep on the couch. Afterwards Nani and I talked for a little bit and then she went home.
When Sofia woke up it was 3.15pm. I had started on the kitchen and still got a bit more fine after giving Sofia a snack. Mike woke up at about 4pm and I had gotten a bit done, so I continued for a bit longer until there was some space on the kitchen and dining tables. Mike cooked dinner and we all sat down to eat at about 6pm. Sofia unfortunately did not eat much. Afterwards she had a bath and we put her to bed. She wasn’t happy about it and clung to me like a koala, but she didn’t cry much when we left. She got on with it and fell asleep short while later.
As I wanted to go to bed I couldn’t find my phone. Mike ended up ringing it and locating it in Sofia’s nappy bin! Ha ha ha so funny – we both just laughed.

Ah, Sofia felt the hustle and bustle around her for those few days, I’m sure. She will grow up quickly, and then also the teeth, did she not get more of those teeth? So hard to be so little and not to be able to talk what’s bothering her…….. It soon is all good again…-:)
