I woke up at 6.40 and Sofia was still asleep. 5 minutes later she started waking up. Another 10minutes later Sofia seemed ready to get out of bed so I got her.
We had brekky with Nani whilst Mike went for a walk with Pablo and got ready for work. Afterwards Sofia and I left to meet up with Kaylene and Andrew at Brightwater playground. There was a girl (5-7 years old) and her brother (10-11 years old) there that ‘hung out’ with us. The girl wanted to play with Sofia and was helping her down stairs and making sure she didn’t go off the edge etc. very friendly and cute. We had a snack with Kaylene and Andrew and then we were on our way back. At home Sofia had something to eat and drink. She was in bed by 10.45am and asleep shortly after.
Sofia woke up at 1.30pm (about 2.5 hours) – so that was a good sleep. When she woke up she wasn’t much hungry so we played for a bit and then had a little snack. Then we went to baby bunting and bought a present for my Norwegian girl Linn’s new born baby girl Jojo. So hard to shop with Sofia now – she does not want to be carried and throws herself towards to floor so I either have to drop her or I’ll put her down. Of course I’ll do the latter! Then once she’s down she runs away – usually with a cheeky smile. I finally managed to find something and we went to see the little one. Beautiful baby girl :). We didn’t stay long, but it was still 5.30pm by the time we got home. Claire had made vegetables so I just fried up some chicken and Sofia had dinner. Afterwards Mike got home so he joined in on bath time and bedtime. Sofia was in bed by 7pm. She was talking and rolling around for a little while before she fell asleep.
