Sofia woke up about 6.15am. We had brekky and then went to our first class back at Gymbaroo. Sofia seemed to love it, although the sitting down parts seem to be too boring. She’s always very social and runs up to other kids and adults. Very cute. Our mother’s group friends Eee and Sammy was there also (they were there for last semester as well). We had a quick chat afterwards and then drove home. I kept giving Sofia snacks in the back seat and she kept yelling MEH!!! at me. 1 minute from the house I she was awake and yelling, but as we pulled up to the house Sofia was almost asleep. I got her out and got some more food and drink into her. She was in bed and asleep by 11.15, however she woke up an hour later. It seems like she’s incapable of sleeping longer than an hour atm. I tried to get her back to sleep again (even got into bed with her), but that didn’t work…. so I got her back up.
Nani Claire was back home at that stage. Sofia had some more food and drink and then we left for some shopping. Nani needed some clothes for her Ireland trip. At that store I also found a few things for Sofia. It was a bottle, a swimsuit and a camping chair for kids. Thank you Nani! We also stopped to have a nice very late lunch. It was very nice. Sofia had to start throwing food on the floor again so it ended pretty quick for her. A few moments afterwards she came up to me and wanted more, but I explained to her why she wasn’t getting anymore and she didn’t even protest after that. I think she understood.
Afterwards we drove to Caloundra to pick up the drums that Nani had got for Sofia. They had just arrived. Sofia wasn’t quite sure what to do with them, but she had a little go. When we got home and she walked by shaking a towel it hit the drums and made a noise and she got very interested.
All of a sudden it was dinner time. Sofia ate and then it was time for her bath, and then bedtime. Mike got home after she’d gone to bed. We’re all looking forward to Mike having three days off this weekend (starting tomorrow).
