Sofia woke up at 6.15am. Mike put on a YouTube clip so we got a bit more time. Then I got up and made brekky. After we all had brekky Mike took Pablo for a walk whilst Sofia and I played. When they got back Mike took over so I could get ready. Mike left for work and Sofia and I played for a bit. She used her new vacuum cleaner for awhile. Then it was time to take Sofia to the doctor (10.15am). Apparently the bad cough she still has is a nasal thing (not bronchitis etc). I was relieved, at the same time I have my doubts about that doctor. He just doesn’t seem quite right and is socially just awkward and weird. If she’s still coughing bad in another couple of days I will take her somewhere else. I do feel she’s ok though, so unless things change I’m inclined to believe him. Sofia fell asleep in the car on the way home (1min away), so I carried her into her bed and left her there. She was sleeping well, but 5min later she woke up crying. I went in and told her it was sleepy time, have her a cuddle and left. She wasn’t happy, but after about 2min crying she went back to sleep. Sofia slept for a bit more than an hour. She needs more sleep, but she did well going back to sleep as quick as she did. So… I told her I was proud of her and why :).
We had a play and then she demanded watching Frozen. Sofia gave Pablo some great cuddles today. We did and we had lots of nice snacks whilst we did. Afterwards Sofia vacuumed again. She loves it :). Then we went to the playground for a couple of hours where we ran into Maja’s sister Jasmin and her husband Seth. We really need to get Sofia a balance bike online. The once in the stores are too big…
When we got back I made dinner for Sofia. Afterwards Mike got home and we put her to bed together.
Sofia woke up quite a few times again last night. I even sent Mike in a few times as I was just too tired. I ended up bringing Sofia back in to bed, but it didn’t last as she kept kicking me. I gave her a warning, and then brought her back to her own bed. She protested at first but then seemed to accept it. I kept hearing the occasional whinge, but it never lasted and she seemed to stay in bed.
