Sofia woke up crying again at about 1-2am. Because it had gone so well last night I decided to bring her in to our bed again. She was very upset and I think in pain… However, she just became more and more awake, and it was impossible to sleep, so I ended up bringing her back into her own bed at about 4am… Sofia woke us up at about 6.30am. Mike got her and we all cuddled and watched something for about an hour. Sofia had brekky in bed. She’s so snotty and coughs poor girl. Then I took Pablo for a walk whilst Mike watched Sofia. When we got back I had a very quick shower and then we swapped. Mike left for work and Sofia and I played and had a snack. Afterwards we went to music lesson. This is the first time Sofia has joined in and followed directions. It lasted for at least 10minutes. I was so proud! She was so tired when we got home, but I knew she was hungry and I didn’t have time to make something so I gave her a baby food pouch. She then went straight to bed, but had already started getting over tired so it took a little while for her to fall asleep.
Sofia slept for about 2.5 hours. I managed to get about an hour sleep as well, but felt almost worse waking up. Must have gotten woken up from a deep sleep.
When Sofia woke up she played for a little bit, had a snack and then all she wanted was to watch something so we watched Rio. Poor girl is snotty and coughs and very cuddly. She also is farting like crazy… After the movie we played for a bit and then I cleaned up a bit whilst Sofia played. Then Mike got home and we had dinner. It had gotten so late and by the time we were done with dinner it was almost 7pm, so we hurried up with the bath and then put Sofia to bed. She was not happy about going to bed at all. After Mike left the room she was clinging on to me and refused to lay down. I explained I would leave after counting to 20, but she cried so bad I had to go back in. I cuddled her in the chair for awhile and then tried again. She still protested but agreed to lay down and I stayed and stroke her cheeks/hair until she fell asleep.
Sofia woke up crying at 10.30 and I went in. She would not let me go, and once again I stayed until she fell asleep (which was less than 10minutes).
