It’s Trish’s last day (morning that is) with us before heading home the next day. We all went out for breakfast; Claire, Trish, Mike, Sofia, Pablo and I. We will miss you Trish! Thank you so much for helping out with Sofia, and feeding me with wonderful gluten and dairy free stuff I never knew existed!
I went to physio later that day. Ever since I came out of hospital my right thumb have been very painful (and handling Sofia is not making it better). My pelvic floor muscles also need a bit of help. I thought I could do it on my own, but apparently the trauma to the body caused my giving birth can make the body forget how to use those muscles. Crossing everything I’ve got that it will work 🙂

Wasn´t it a marvelous little girl you got to know? She is SO sweet. But I can also see in her eyes – she is going to be a strong little girl. The parent have to look out for their little fingers – or she will be around like a little butterfly… hehhehe
