When I woke up at 6.15am Sofia was laying still with her eyes closed, but stroking her hair… I thought she’d wake up, but she put herself back to sleep and I woke her up at 7am! She woke up with me opening the door however, so she can’t have been in a deep sleep. Sofia had her snack before she opened up number 5 in the Christmas Calendar. Then she played whilst I made brekky. Then Mike took over so I could have a shower before her left for work. I took Sofia to the post office to pick up a parcel from Norway. It was a cream from my mum! Thank you so much! There was no cream for Sofia however, and I thought it was from the same place? Will talk to you about it :). Afterwards we had a quick play and read a couple of books before I put Sofia to bed. She took a little while to fall asleep as well (10.10am) so I let her sleep for as long as she could before swimming at 11.30.
I woke Sofia up at 11.15, rushed out the door and made it just on time. There was quite a few girls and toddlers there this time, so it was a lot of fun. Sofia is really loving it and she hasn’t given me any more hard times… :). Afterwards we spent a little time with Venessa and Tate whilst we had lunch and a snack. It’s hard to sit still for the little ones with so much going on around them though so I had to feed her properly when we got home. After that it was time for a nap again. Once again it took her a little while to fall asleep, but then she slept for 1.5 hours and she finally got to wake up on her own.
When Sofia woke up it was 3.30pm. She had a snack and Pablo, Sofia and I went to the park. We take the trike – she just loves sitting in it. Then she got to run around and throw the ball to Pablo. Our little dog seemed to enjoy a bit of free time as well. When we got back I started dinner, and before I knew it Mike was home. Soooo nice! Now Mike could watch Sofia until dinner was done. We all ate together and then it was time for bath and bed for Sofia. She went to sleep with no issues, but it took her awhile to fall asleep. She’s so good though, just seems to get on with it…
Sofia has been making fish noises for awhile now when asked what the fish says. And today when we said goodbye to Venessa and Tate she said ‘ bye-bye’. And there is a book that I borrowed from the library that has picture of an animal on one side and a close-up of the skin of three different animals on the next. Then you’re supposed to pick the ‘skin’ that fits the animal… and today Sofia got all (except one) right! I couldn’t have been more proud.
Here is a couple of videos of Sofia and Pablo:

Så utrolig søte – begge to. Pablo er virkelig blitt en sjarmerende tålmodig liten skatt – hvem skulle trodd??? Fint for Sofia og ha en hun må lære å ta hensyn til, dele leker med – og være glad i
