Sofia woke me up at 11pm and took forever to settle, then again at 3am and also took awhile to settle, and then lastly at 6am. Mike was nice enough to help me out after I nursed her. He read books to her and made breakfast so I could get a bit of extra sleep. Sofia kept crying when Mike tried to get breakfast ready however because she really doesn’t want to be left alone – at all! – at the moment. I did at least get a bit of extra rest, if not sleep. I got up to help out when Sofia started crying and wouldn’t stop. Here is a video of Sofia sitting up.
We put Sofia to sleep at 9am (that’s 3 hours compared to 2 hours normally) and she slept for 1.5 hours. When she woke up again we went to the plaza for some shopping. We brought food and had lunch there. It ended up being around 3 hours (Sofia awake time) before we left, but thankfully she fell asleep in the car. We decided to keep driving and having a look at different houses and areas… Sofia slept well :). When she woke up she had slept for 1.5 hours. I nursed her and we took a family walk to the beach and Pablo got to run around for a little while before we headed back home again. It was then time to try and get her to have a little nap, but she refused so it was back up to have dinner. Then the bedtime routine to get her to bed an hour early. Here is a video of Sofia having a bath and Pablo watching…

Mona have you tried to let her listen to soft music? May be that would be a help. She might just love it. Mozart music is soothing……….. why not giving it a try……-:)

By the way, I don’t mean with ear phones but on a CD player that you might place in her room, and when you put her to sleep, you switch the music on for her, may be you will be surprised… I dearly hope, Sofia will love it. -;)
