Sofia woke up fussing at 3.30am so I fed her and she went back to sleep until almost 7am. Mike had to go to work, so I took Pablo and Sofia for a walk. We went for a longer walk this morning where he got to run around off lead for a bit. He was soooo happy and he came instantly when I called for him – so nice to see. He is still a bit of a pain on the lead however as he pulls like crazy if there is people or animals around (which happens quite a bit he he).
Sofia slept for more than 1.5 hours and I had to wake her up for swimming. She absolutely loves it! She was all smiles when we parked – seems to know what we are doing. I had to cancel the direct debit as we are starting somewhere else on the 12th together with a few girls from mothers group. There was a new teacher today and she commented on how happy and social Sofia is – and she is not the first one – still very nice to hear. Sofia was laughing and smiling throughout the session, but got a bit impatient when the teacher was talking for too long – so funny to see.
Sofia slept for a long time after the swimming lesson, so Pablo finally got some attention and he spent it the way he loves the most – sleeping on my lap. When she got up we played for awhile. Whilst I was away for a few minutes Sofia had move off the play mat and was playing with a toy standing up against the wall. I was very surprised. I really have to start watching out now! When I put her to bed she was fussing a great deal so I went to check on her and she had peed all through the the sleeping bag and the mattress cover. Since I had no other light sleeping bag for her (other was was in the wash) I decided to take her for a walk and maybe she’d get 15-20min… It was already close to 5pm so she didn’t really need a big sleep. She didn’t end up sleeping and I took Pablo with… It ended up being quite a long walk again… When we got back to was just feeding her and getting her to bed.

There is no rest for the wicked, that is a saying. What I mean, there is not much time for a mother for herself, sooo much to do….
